Lift Innovations ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Merge Chain Blast mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information You Provide

• Nickname: If you choose to submit your score to the leaderboard, you may provide a nickname (2-10 characters). This is optional and does not need to be your real name.

b) Automatically Collected Information

• Game Data: Scores, merge counts, and chain records submitted to the leaderboard.
• Device Information: Basic device and OS information may be collected by third-party services (see Section 3).

c) Information We Do NOT Collect

• Real name, email address, phone number, or physical address
• Location data
• Contacts, photos, or other personal files

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely to:

• Display your nickname and scores on the in-game leaderboard
• Improve the App and user experience

3. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. Google Privacy Policy

4. Advertising & Tracking

The App may request permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites (App Tracking Transparency). You can choose to allow or deny this request. If denied, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized based on cross-app tracking.

You can change this setting at any time in your device's Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

5. Data Retention

Leaderboard data (nickname and scores) is retained as long as the service is operational. Game settings and preferences are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Leaderboard data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase with row-level security enabled. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Choose not to submit scores to the leaderboard
• Deny ad tracking permission
• Request deletion of your leaderboard data by contacting us

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
